How quickly will my Looking Glass clothes be despatched?
We endeavour to send out all orders on receipt. Orders placed before 2pm GMT Monday to Friday will be despatched on the same day. Orders placed after 2pm GMT will be despatched the next working day. To guarantee delivery, we must have proper and complete addresses. Please supply a daytime telephone number in case we need to contact you. -

What happens if I need to return something?
We hope that you will love your new Looking Glass garments and enjoy wearing them as much as we do, however you may return or exchange an item within 14 days of receipt.
